- Updated echoboy to have more feedback at the maximum setting.
- Added Freezification mode (Ambient Purple). Thing 1 is the fade-in time.
  Things 2 is the fade-out time. Hitting the
  tap stomp freezifies the sound. 
  Feedback does nothing.
- Added Granular mode (Stutter Red). Tone sets grain density, Thing 1 sets
  grain size, Thing 2 sets randomness of the grain playback and random speed/pitch, delay 
  time sets the delay time. Pressing the tap stomp freezes the grain record. Feedback 
  sets the delay feedback. 
- Tap tempo LED now shows the tempo tapped pre-ratio, instead of showing the 
  delay time after the ratio has been applied.

- Added: Lofi Red Mode
    Mode is meant to do high feedback swells into nasty distortion
    in the style of the Boss PS2 (but less harsh).
    thing 1: drive amount for distortion. 
    thing 2: sets compressor threshold on the output so you can  
    control the volume of high feedback distorted repeats.
- Added Midi CC40 for engine order swapping in dual modes.
- Changed: Midi Clock only sync's presets that are set to global tap source. Tap
  hold features now work while running midi clock.
- Fixed: signal getting muted with a single-tap in multi-tap modes.
- Fixed: dry signal muted when bypassed with cab sim on, and output less than 50% 
  and mix at all wet.

    smooths out transients a bit and makes it sound
    like a small room reverb.
- fixed: Factory presets with knob tap source had weird behavior 
  with expression pedal plugged in.
