There was a bug in some of the early Nebulus' pedals. If you have serial number 100 or below, this bug might be affecting your pedal. Unfortuantely, the only way to fix it is to update the code, which means you'll have to ship it in to us. Please contact us at support@empresseffects.com for details. We'll reimburse you for your shipping costs.
When I save a preset, then power cycle the Nebulus, the preset is missing. What's going on? Print
